We’re looking forward to being part of The Fostering Network’s annual national campaign, raising awareness about fostering and celebrating our foster carers alongside local authorities and fostering agencies across the UK.

Running from Monday 11 May – Sunday 24 May 2026, the theme this year is #ThisIsFostering, shining a light on the everyday realities of fostering, raising awareness of the profound impact foster carers have on children’s lives. It celebrates the skills, commitment and love they show, often in incredibly challenging circumstances. 

Please help us spread the word about fostering so we can encourage more local families in Reading to start their fostering journey with us, and help Reading’s most vulnerable children and young people feel safe and able to thrive.
