Learn about short breaks

Families who have children with physical or learning disabilities need a break from round-the-clock care. Parents can become exhausted, stressed and isolated from looking after their child.
We are looking for people to give families some respite by providing their child with a short break, usually at weekends or in school holidays. A short break gives parents the chance to recharge their batteries and gives their child the chance to make new friends, take part in new activities and grow in confidence and independence.
Could you, or someone you know, throw a family a lifeline?
