Talking Thursdays fostering stand
Members of the Brighter Futures for Children Fostering team will be in Reading town centre with their information stand every Thursday for the next five weeks. The Talking Thursday events will be held in Broad Street between 11am-2pm every Thursday until 13 July. We hope that having the stand in the same place at the same time each week will encourage more people to pop over to find out more about fostering. We don’t have enough local foster carers in Reading, which means that some children and young people in care have to live outside their home town.
